Peace of Mind

When I went to see Brian I was pretty scared about what my future would have in store for me. I had no idea what I was doing, but even though I was told by numerous people to just use the public defender, my gut told me I needed somebody really good in my corner. Little did I know that hiring Brian w...as one of the best decisions I ever made. Brian didn't make me feel like I was just a number. Very experienced

Who knew you could get a Dui from the passenger seat of a car? I had a very unique circumstance in my DUI and came to Brian for help. A witness incorrectly thought she saw me driving and in 15 minutes I was on the hook for a DUI, 45k in damages, a potential license suspension where I would lose my m...echanical engineering job, probably career. I REALLY needed help. I consulted 4 lawyers about my circumstance in the phoenix area and what separated Brian was that he was very calm, confident and genuinely took an interest in my case. Not to mention he was thousands of dollars cheaper than going with a large law firm. He had a very simple price breakdown of his services. He went way above and beyond what I expected I would get. He really took my case personally. First he got me out of getting my license suspended which would have lost me my job. Then we got DNA evidence from the passenger airbag to prove I wasn’t driving. Brian is the best!

I had a great experience with Brian Sloan. He helped me greatly in my case & was able to decrease my charges. I was originally charged with a DUI which is not the best thing to have on your record for the next 7+ years. Brian was able to get my charges down to reckless driving, and I was able to ke...ep my driver's license as well. He was happy to answer any questions I had (which of course I had lots) and guided me through this process with ease. I highly recommend Brian Sloan as an attorney; he definitely helped reduce the stress I had for this case!

Cant go wrong with Brian Sloan

I would recommend Brian Sloan to anyone who is in need of a DUI lawyer. I was really scared when I got arrested and Brian met with me the very next day to go over my case. He put all my anxiety at ease and told me to just go about my everyday life. Throughout the process I would feel no problem te...xting Brian at odd hours asking a question and I would get text updates with court dates and whether I would have to show up to them or not. When it came down to sentencing, Brian was able to get three out of my four charges dropped (including the extreme DUI charge) and I was able to walk away with just a regular DUI conviction which was huge for me. Without Brian Sloan I would have been metaphorically dead in the water and be looking at worse fines, more jail time, more time with an interlock, and who knows what else. Don’t put your personal freedom at risk any more than it is, hire Brian Sloan to defend you.

Problem Solved by the Best of the Best Attorneys

I was charged with 1st time DUI in 2017 with several prescription medications in my system prescribed to me, but the toxicology report showed high levels of each one in my system. Eight years earlier in 2009, I was pulled over in another state for the exact same charge and was lucky enough to have it... reduced to reckless driving. This left me unsure for almost 8 months in my current case until it was resolved at the end of 2017 down to reckless driving this time too. Brian kept my license valid, keeping it from ever being suspended which was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. He always personally answered the phone and returned all my e-mails and texts himself, not a staff member. He was extremely accommodating through the entire process even meeting me down the street from my house after he left his office more than once to confer about my case. Brian always alleviated my stress each time we spoke and doesn't make false promises. You won't find a more dedicated attorney for the best price working so diligently for your best interests.
