DUI dropped to reckless driving

I was charged with a DUI in July. I’m not from this country and I am a recent graduate so this situation was extremely new and I had no clue how to manage it. After doing thorough research I found Brian’s website and loved that it was an information resource. After his free consultation I knew I c...ould trust him because he made sure I knew what I was up against and he gave me complete information for free. This was amazing because most lawyer’s I spoke to had some kind of fees and they didn’t seem concerned about my case. Also, Brian, as advertised, is a DUI specialist and is exactly what you need if you’ve got a DUI charge. On my final court date, I was ready to plead guilty to a DUI but Brian was able to pull off some magic and got my DUI reduced to a reckless driving which was sensational. I couldn’t ask for more. Attorney Brian Sloan Review & Testimonial

If nothing else, I feel Attorney Sloan was a Godsend. I made a horrible decision celebrating a work promotion with friends I hadn't seen in ages and decided to drive home, ultimately jeopardizing so much I had worked so tirelessly to achieve. My charges were severe, but with Attorney Sloan's guidan...ce, I made out with the best possible scenario. Attorney Sloan was responsive, attentive, knowledgeable and tenacious. Would recommend!

As an out of state resident (Wisconsin), I was very anxious about the whole process. Mr. Sloan put my mind at east and best of all, he did exactly what he said he was going to do. Although I was charged with DUI, Reckless Driving, and Excessive Speed, he told me from the beginning that likely the D...UI would stay, but he would get all the other charges dropped. This is exactly what happened. Now, a year later, Mr. Sloan still answers any questions I have in a very prompt manner, and my case has been Set Aside. Thanks again Brian!

We were thrilled with the outcome, and Brian did a masterful job!

I called Brian on my son's DUI and he explained the law and challenges that we would face and we decided that he was a good fit to represent my son. Over the next year, Brian diligently pursued the case even when it seemed that all the odds were against my son. Brian then turned a DUI involving ill...egal drugs into a reckless driving conviction, with no jail time, and my son did not have to even come back to Arizona for any court dates. We are all very thankful for Brian's hard work.

Attorney Brian Sloan definitely threw a major kink in the prosecutor's plans

In a case that was supposed to be a slam dunk for prosecutors, Attorney Brian Sloan definitely threw a major kink in their plans with his tact and extensive knowledge of the law, combined with his refusal to give up and feed me to the wolves. My "one day" trial turned into a five day battle in which... he crucified states witnesses and made their testimony shaky at best. A clear win coming out of trial, I highly recommend Mr. Sloan to anyone who wants nothing but the best. A man with integrity and tenacity.
