DUI Case

Mr. Sloan did an exceptional job as an attorney for my case. He was able to ask me the required questions to be able to assess the situation in which I was in and used his skills to provide the best possible outcome for these type of cases, at least from my perspective. He is able to analyze the fact...s and puts his best effort to help build a case which helps his clients. All I can say about Mr. Sloan is that if you need anyone to be on your side for a DUI case, such as myself, he is an attorney which you would really want to have your side.

Highly Recommendation!

Attorney Sloan is highly recommended for those who need an honest upfront assessment of your case, want to save the hassles of being misled by tons of other expensive lawyers in the city and most importantly, reduce the conviction to the minimum degree after a well-thought out negotiation/plea deal a...rrangement with the prosecution. I can't thank him enough for arranging a plea agreement for me and was able to convince the prosecutor to resolve my 2nd time DUI offense case to a 1st Time DUI offense. This gave me a tremendous relief not only monetarily, but also extremely reduced jail time to one day with a couple of days of home detention, that could have been other-wise more than a month in a regular conviction, with hefty fines. Attorney Sloan was very diligent throughout the entire process and very responsive each time, within a few minutes over the text if he was not tied up in the court. Very patience while explaining/weighing out all the pros and cons for me. His affordable flat fee model, with installment options was such a relief! His advice of finishing up some classes and counseling formalities well ahead of time showed such a good faith in the court and also it helped me get them out of the way before the actual conviction. Such a well-thought out usage of time while I was still going through the court hearings. Very hands off approach as he attended all the hearings without me going to the court, except for the final one. When I read some of his testimonials prior to hiring him, I was a bit skeptical myself but his services attested to each and every positive testimonial! DUI Attorney

I received my DUI on Valentine’s Day after dinner and a night out with my wife. I was extremely distraught about the affect this would have on my personal life and my ability to drive. The day after my DUI I did extensive research attempting to find the best attorney specializing in DUI’s. I ultima...tely settled on Brian Sloan as he stood out above all others. This was one of my best decisions of my life. Mr. Sloan immediately returned my call and I had an appointment with him that very same day. He immediately put me at ease as he did throughout the entire process. He had a very affordable fee and even a fantastic payment plan. He was always fast to to respond to any of my texts, emails, and phone calls. Most importantly he understood the system. Mr. Sloan fought extremely hard for me with both Scottsdale city court and the DMV. He was ultimately able to reach a very beneficial plea on my behalf. Absolutely Amazing!

To spend money on a lawyer, or gamble with a public defender? That is the question… SPEND THE MONEY! One of the smartest investments I've ever made. He's specialized in DUIs for a reason, because he knows what he's doing. I would recommend Brian Sloan to anyone.

Mr. Sloan worked very hard for me and was extremely helpful in getting my sentence reduced, and at a very reasonable price. He appeared in court for me in all instances except the last court date which was mandatory for me to attend, and he attended that one along with me. This saved me a lot of ti...me and stress since I didn’t have to take off work to attend every court date. He was very organized and communicated with me well, as well as answered any questions I had in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone.
