Deserves his five stars

I chose to go with Brian because of his online reviews so I decided after finalizing my plea agreement to pay it forward. Brian set appropriate expectations in the beginning of what to expect for my case - an extreme DUI- and delivered me the plea agreement I was hoping for. My DUI was dropped to tha...t of the slightest degree, which I am very grateful for. Brian also responded promptly to all of my questions throughout the process, even during a time in which he was hospitalized. I do think I made the right choice in hiring Brian: he was direct and honest during our consultation of what I could expect and didn’t withhold from answering my questions regarding the DUI process unlike other lawyers I interviewed who said things like “I can answer that once you retain me.” I never felt like I didn’t know what was going on, and from day one to the final day in court I had enough information and FAQs via email to never feel unease. Thanks Brian, I appreciate the work you did for me!

A very, very rare Lawyer

At 68 years old, I've worked with over a dozen lawyers. Brian, and his associate, Chris Weaver are the rarest of breeds. Of course, they are richly knowledgeable in their field. What did surprise (and please) me was their outstanding and consistent pro-active efforts on behalf of my son. First, their... responses to questions on the case were "virtually" immediate. Secondly, their responses were clear and understandable to a non-attorney. At every phase, they kept us well informed and updated on next steps, and expectations. What truly shocked me and compelled this testimonial is that they went the extra mile...even miles, without being prompted, and on more than one occasion. They didn't just represent my son, but fought hard and advocated for him. If you are seeking a pro-active and engaged lawyer for a DUI problem, don't look any further, as there is no possibility of "getting better representation". Whatever drives Brian and his associates should be bottled. I have an MBA from an Ivy League school and understand "service". Brian and his group are truly the gold standard for professionalism and outstanding service and advocacy. I'm 100% confident that my experience is his business model. Affordable & Professional

Attorney Brian D. Sloan was able to answer all my questions and doubts in full pertaining to my case. He was able to reassure me of the outcomes that were most likely to occur, and was able to get me the best deal possible as compared to others who went with different attorneys. Apart from this, he p...rovided information and a structured plan that helped guide me throughout the whole DUI process. There was no gimmicks with his price and quality of service. Happy with my decision to hire Brian

I hired Brian after meeting with and talking to a few other defense attorneys. I was nervous to go with a DUI specific lawyer that was cheaper because I didn’t want to make the choice based on cost alone - I wanted the best possible outcome for my case but also knew that I had a lot of expenses com...ing my way regardless. Each of the other attorneys I spoke to wanted almost twice as much up front. I am extremely happy with my decision to hire Brian. He is definitely all business via phone and email but I actually prefer that. He was up front about his opinion on my case and made the suggestion not to go to trial once he was able to negotiate a plea deal that we were both extremely happy with. He was always responsive and answered any question I had almost immediately. I won't be hiring him again because I won't be getting another DUI, but I would recommend him to anyone else in the same situation.
