DUI

Despite a very thorough DUI sobriety test, and obvious evidence of my charges, Brian worked with the prosecutor to get the absolute best deal he could. In addition to getting my charges lowered, he was able to avoid jail time, reverse a license suspension, and expedite a “setting aside” of my case. DUI

This guy went to bat for me right away! Being a high profile athlete Sloan took on my case right away and told me the truth day one. I got no special treatment I got Sloan, which is how he treats every client with fairness and positive fight for my rights. My case was so difficult with so much resear...ch to be done, Sloan text and answered every single call. I have never had anyone be this available and be so great at their job! DUI Case

I’ve never thought, despite me being very disappointed in my actions and numerous days of stress - my experience with Brian D. Sloan representing me as my lawyer has ever gone so smoothly. He was always there to answer questions whenever I would become super anxious as to what kind of consequences I ...would come across moving forward with my life. I always got a firm and direct response from him, and just in that, I trusted and knew he knew he cared for his clients - in a very professional manner. He got a plea agreement for my case and lowered my charge down to Reckless Driving with no jail time and no license suspension, just fees. I was very lucky and blessed to have stumbled upon his page on a last minute Google search before working with any other lawyers I inquired for. A very rightly intuitive decision to have connected with him. I am very satisfied with the result and have learned a life lesson having gone through this process. Thanks again, Brian. MIP resolved effectively

Great job

I interviewed (3) different lawyers for my case and I selected Brian due to his his analytical nature. My case: IL resident vacationing in AZ. Pulled over in Chandler on 12/30/16 for traffic violation and the cop noticed alcohol order coming from car due to (4) people just coming from a mexica...n cantina (aka hawking). I refused the field/chemical testing and was arrested . They obtained a search warrant to draw blood and which was .03 . Anyways, Brian got my DUI dropped since my BAC was .03, along with one of the traffic offenses . I only had to do a online defensive driving course. Though the criminal charges were dropped, there still was the mandatory 1-year suspension from ADOT for the Refusal of Implied Consent. We requested a hearing to contest the suspension and the rotten cop, continued the case (4) times which delayed the hearing by 2 months. During the hearing, the judge didn't consider the low .03 BAC and ruled in favor of the state (of course).. Due my negligence of Implied Consent , had my license suspended for a year.. Hindsight , I should've just taken the test. Refusal of the BAC test is WORSE than a DUI because you are automatically suspended for a year, regardless of your BAC level. You better off to roll dice on the BAC. Brian did a great job and kept me fully informed throughout the process.. Highly recommended..
