DUI Dismissal

My name is TC and I was given Mr. Sloan’s number by a friend of mine. My situation was overwhelming and I felt like I had no one in my corner until I contacted Mr. Sloan. I was immediately relieved that I had someone confident, affordable and persistent on my side. He was always very quick to respond... to my questions and made each step of the process much easier to manage. In the end Mr. Sloan got my case dismissed and I couldn't be happier with his service.

Excellent Lawyer

Best DUI attorney you will find in my opinion

Attorney Brian Sloan came highly recommended to me by a friend who also has recommended him to others. I’m so very grateful that he took on my case as I don’t see I would have found a better attorney. He immediately got on the phone with me, gathered details and put my mind at ease. He charges unb...elievably fair and I couldn’t believe it! For how he charges, the quality of representation and the detailed information he provides through the process and the responsiveness (you won’t likely get elsewhere in my opinion) Hands down, just an incredible attorney. He is thorough, VERY responsive and really knows the DUI law in and out. I couldn’t believe what he was able to get done for me, as I truly believe if I had gone elsewhere, I would be in much worse financial shape as well as the outcome of the case being much worse. Highly recommend Brian Sloan

Superb Attorney

Attorney Brian Sloan handled my case with pure professionalism and was able to get my charges reduced drastically. I was facing a 2nd time extreme DUI and Mr. Sloan was able to reach a plea of a first time regular DUI with 1 day in jail. Would highly recommend to anyone facing DUI charges.
