No jail time!

Brian saved my life! That may sound extreme but it is literally how I felt. I made a huge mistake and I thought it would ruin my life. Brian guided me through the entire process, advised me regularly on what to expect and was even available via text. I did exactly what he told me to do, and that ...worked in my favor as well. Brian got my case reduced down and I didn't have to serve any jail time. I highly recommend hiring Brian Sloan.

Best Lawyer In The State of Az

Brian was the best thing that ever happened to me regarding my DUI Case. I had prescription medication, and alcohol in my blood when I was arrested for driving under the influence, and I was terrified, and scared heartless after, but Brian changed it all. When I had first met Brian, he was a calming ...individual, and assured that he would do the best that he could to his ability to assure the best outcome to my case. I am so grateful for how he hard he worked for on my case. He wrote a 15 page opinionated response on all the details regarding my case, and allowed me sufficient time to go through it all, and evaluate what would be best for me. I spent so much time reading through it all, and finally accepted and realized the plea agreement was the best option for me. Brian was always there, every second or minute of the day to take time and respond to my texts, or phone calls. He was truly an innovative, and honest lawyer who reached out for the best of my interests. I will never forget my experience with Brian, and I hope you truly consider him as your lawyer because there are far too few like him.

Brian Sloan review

After researching a number of DUI attorneys, I concluded that Mr. Sloan had the experience and reputation to bring about a positive result for my girlfriend. As cost was a primary concern for her, his tiered structure for legal services was also very beneficial for her. Mr. Sloan was able to neg...otiate away six of the seven counts, and after meeting with the City of Scottsdale prosecutors, was able to negotiate a minimum sentence for my girlfriend under a Plea Agreement that the court affirmed.

Attorney Experience

On the early morning of October 2, 2015, I made a really bad choice to drive under the influence of alcohol, but in this case, I was the victim. I ended up getting rear ended by another drunk driver. We both got process for super extreme DUIs. Being new to this process in AZ, I didn't know what to ex...pect. I was scared that I would lose my job, go to jail for a long period of time, etc. After consulting with several attorneys, I finally ended up going with Brian. I have now realized that this was the best decision I could have ever made. Since day one, he was very honest with me, was always available for advice, or to guide me through the process, and always kept me informed. The process was fairly quick, and I never had to attend the court date until last one in which I took a plea agreement and was sentenced. The charges were moved from super extreme to just an extreme. I was sentenced to 2 days in jail, which is exactly what he advised me since day one. If you are sentenced to jail time, make sure that you follow his recommendation on what day and time to turn yourself in. The jail trick works if you do it right, and I ended up serving my 2 days within 7 hours. No need to do it any other way and spend unnecessary time in jail. I never hope to be in this situation again, but if I or anyone else needs legal services, I would definitely recommend Brian Sloan.

Mr. Sloan is a phenomenal attorney

Mr. Sloan is a life saver. He diligently works on the case to achieve the best outcome for his client. Mr. Sloan was hired to represent my son who was charged with DUIs on two different occasions because he had a prescribed medication in his system. He was always available to help answer que...stions and give advice, and he was able to get the two cases dealt with at the same time, with one of the charges changed to a lesser charge. Even the judge commented on how fortunate my son was to have had such skilled representation. I would recommend Mr. Sloan to anyone having to deal with a DUI charge.
