Brian is an excellent lawyer! He is very committed with his clients

We hire Brian to handle my boyfriend's DUI case. Unfortunately ICE took him into custody in the middle of the sentencing. When I notified Brian, he did not hesitate on helping me out and explaining to the court what was going on. We are so grateful to him.

Great Representation

Having found myself in an unthinkable situation, I needed an attorney. I found Brian and am so grateful I did. Brian was very patient with me and my numerous questions. He walked me through the process and appeared in court on my behalf for any hearings where my presence wasn't absolutely necessary. ...Brian was able to have some of my charges reduced and/or dropped. Jail time was reduced to the minimum. Brian was the only attorney who actually took my call personally. Speaking with other firms I felt like a number and a dollar sign, I would confidently recommend Mr. Brian Sloan to anyone who needs a great attorney. Thanks Brian!

Brian Sloan

I received a DUI in Phoenix. I searched the internet and found Brian Sloan. When I met with him the next day, he made me feel comfortable with the process and explained just what I could expect. Brian went to several scheduled court appearance on my behalf. The only time I had to appear in court was ...after he was able to negotiate a great deal for my case. He also instructed me to start alcohol screening and classes, which was a benefit when it came time to face the judge the one and only time I did. Brian took care of everything and was always available by text, phone and, e-mails. His fee was very reasonable ( much lower then others ). I would highly recommend Brian to anyone facing a DUI. Thanks for all your professional help.

Focused on DUI'S!

After interviewing several attorneys for my DUI case, I decided on Brian's services because he took the initiative during the consultation to immediately start gathering and analyzing the details of my case. Furthermore, he focuses solely on DUI cases, and that’s the position that you want your repre...sentation in - knowledgeable and un-distracted by other matters. There will be no sugar coating situations with Brian. He is focused and direct in his way of working with you. Brian offered a comprehensive review of my case, including ample details about what-if scenarios and the DUI process as a whole. After I had worked myself into a corner, Brian still managed to negotiate down my sentence and have other vehicular charges dismissed, saving me thousands of dollars and time in jail. While I never plan to have need for Brian's services again personally, I appreciate the effort he put into my case and he is a recommendation for others. Thank you!
