Best DUI Attorney!

After speaking with a few DUI attorneys, I was on the fence on who to represent me. I then came across Attorney Brian Sloan and after our first phone conversation, I knew he was the right attorney to choose. Best decision I could have made under this unfortunate circumstance I got myself into. He has... a very streamlined, informative process. He set realistic expectations from the get go and I basically went on living my life with full confidence he was taking care of things in the best way he could. Ultimately he was able to negotiate my DUI charges down to Reckless Driving. This was unexpected to me and the best outcome I could've asked for, especially because my case seemed pretty straight forward. I will be forever grateful for this!

If you were like me and you're anxiously searching for a DUI lawyer because you made a mistake, look no further.

I want to personally thank Brian Sloan for getting me through my legal battle with my first DUI. I was 26 at the time, blew pretty high DUI in the state with the strictest DUI laws... and Attorney Sloan made the process so much easier. Basically, I got to take a back seat while he figured everything ...out for me. As a result, I ended up with most of my charges dropped, a discount on my legal fees, and a walk through of everything I have to do to make this process easier. He gave me very clear instructions on what to do, what to expect, and on what specific dates. If it wasn't for him, I'd probably be looking at 30 days in jail with 36 hours of counseling after it. With his services, I ended up in a much better position because of his instructions. - Tim L

Seamless process with Brian!

I was referred over to Brian immediately after receiving a DUI and the rest was all taken care of. He provided comfort and understanding that this didn’t define me who I was as a person. He followed up with me consistently throughout the months and even if I felt like a question was too “ dumb” or ...“ stupid” , I was given a clear answer within 24 hours. Working with me on payment plans was also a bonus and gave options as to what he has seen and what he would do. Needless to say, this experience woke me up but also Brian knew what he was doing and laid out ALL the options in depth. When meeting him at court, he was friendly and stayed with me until the end. I highly recommend Brian if you ever get into a situation like this because he clearly has the references and credibility behind him while also being personable.
