Realistic and Efficient

trusted advice and amazing representation

Brian provided the finest legal counsel I can imagine. He was very realistic in his assessment of my case, but yet very hopeful. With all of his experience with DUI defense, he competently represented me. I could tell he had built up good professional relationships with the judge and the prosecuto...r. Great Lawyer

I would like to personally thank Mr. Sloan for taking time to help me out with my DUI. My jail time was reduced along with my fees that I owed to the court. He recommended me to take some counseling classes so that it would benefit in court to prove that I am trying to turn my life around. It not onl...y helped me in court but after everything that happened I realized that I could do better in my life. Since then I no longer drink also I re-enrolled in school to continue my education in becoming and automotive/diesel technician. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone who has an issue such as mine. He has been such great help.

Wrongly Accused of DUI..Brian was Great!

In March 2016 I was wrongly accused of DUI by an overzealous Maricopa County Sheriffs Deputy. 2 breathalyzer tests showed 0.00 and they then said I may be on drugs. They then put me through the ringer with drug tests and interrogations in the DUI mobile van. I do not take drugs of any kind. Some o...f the lawyers I contacted wanted to charge me for a full DUI defense. I reviewed my case with Brian and he said from what he saw I may never be charged. At this 1st step he was only going to charge me a fee to get my license back at the initial hearing. And if I was charged later he would charge later fees if needed. He won the hearing case to get my license reinstated, and I was never charged with DUI. He was great to deal with. Highly recommended!
