Biography
Phil Wormdahl - Focusing on DUI and criminal offenses, Phil has built a robust practice over the last 16 years. His dedication to defense includes completing rigorous training, beyond typical attorney training. Phil has completed both the NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Test training program, and the Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE). Phil has more DUI enforcement training than many of the police officers in Utah. Recognized for his depth of knowledge, Phil frequently speaks at the Utah DUI Defense Seminar hosted by the Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Phil teaches other Utah attorneys how to improve their DUI defense practice. Phil's reputatoin is his currency. He is respected among Utah judges, as well as law enforcement. Phil was proud to join Schatz, Anderson, Egan & Wormdahl in 2022, establishing the pinnacle DUI defense team in Utah.
