I was in an extremely high conflict divorce and custody battle that dragged on for 18 months. Diana was amazing to work with and I never could have settled this difficult situation without her expertise. Diana walked me through the entire process. Along the way she would tell me what my option...s were and give me all the information I would need to make difficult decisions. She always had my best interest and the best interest of my kids in mind. She had a lot of empathy for what I was going through and tried to remedy things as best she could. She was straight forward about timelines, cost, and what would be next in the process. Though the experience with my divorce was not something I would ever recommend or wish to go through again, I would whole-heartedly recommend Diana as the strong and competent attorney to get you through it.

I hired Diana and while my divorce was finalized quickly, I had to constantly follow up with her and fix errors in her paperwork, filings, emails, etc... The only thing I was fighting for was to not pay my ex-husband alimony. Her advice and counsel was poor and I ended up paying alimony, even though... I shouldn't have. The day of mediation she told me she hadn't slept the night before because the opposing counsel got into her head. Even after a bad divorce process, I hired her to do my estate planning. It took months. I got an excuse after excuse why it took so long. I recently reached out to her again to ask about modifying the alimony agreement and expressed my displeasure about the mediation process (not her, I said I was upset with the process and outcome) and she told me to find another lawyer. I would advise others to do the same.

After the first meeting she gave me hope for my future endeavors and I hired her right away. I not only was fighting 1 custody relocation battle but I was fighting 2.... Diana is very knowledgeable with family law and is realistic with what different outcomes may occur. She is concerned about the best interest of the children and uses your money in the most cost efficient way to help your needs. I wish I would've went to Diana very first!
