Replied last December 17, 2023I would like to put a context around this former client. I represented him in a child custody matter even after he refused to pay his bills in accordance with the retainer agreement he signed. He also was not paying for the services rendered by another attorney in my former firm, Clyde Snow, regarding a business dispute. I was required to withdraw when it became clear he was not going to pay for the attorney services. There was no such speech or statement made. I spent a wonderful 12 years at Clyde Snow. I left to start my own firm after changing the focus of my family law practice to an out-of-court practice rather than a litigating practice. Regards, Diana.
