Professional and empathetic
Diana is professional, objective, and real. She was professional in all manners yet didn't try to downplay the emotion and human aspect of dealing with a difficult ex, demonstrating genuine empathy and an authentic concern for my and my children's' well-being. After a four year battle with my ex wife...

Excellent Choice For a Family Lawyer
I hired Diana a few years ago and put her on a retainer to help with family law issues pertaining to child custody. She helped me understand the law in the State of Utah and how it applied to my situation. Diana is an empathic listener who explains the law in understandable terms. She is prompt in he...

In competent hands
When I set out to find an attorney to represent me in my divorce, I knew I was very interested in the collaborative process, but I knew nothing about it and if was the best route to take. It ALL felt overwhelming and scary. Minutes after my general inquiry to the Utah Association of Collaborative Pro...

Couldn't have done it without her.
I cannot imagine what would have been the outcome if I didn't have Diana Telfer's counsel and protection. She represented me through an eight year high conflict custody dispute with such professionalism and an ability to anticipate future issues, therefore nipping them in the bud before they material...

Concerned Client
Diana claims to have her clients best interest in mind. She will lead you to believe that your case is high conflict so that she can create the most billable hours. She gives speeches at legal conventions about dragging cases out for 18 months to make the most money. She does not care if she wins or ...
I would like to put a context around this former client. I represented him in a child custody matter even after he refused to pay his bills in accordance with the retainer agreement he signed. He also was not paying for the services rendered by another attorney in my former firm, Clyde Snow, regarding a business dispute. I was required to withdraw when it became clear he was not going to pay for the attorney services. There was no such speech or statement made. I spent a wonderful 12 years at Clyde Snow. I left to start my own firm after changing the focus of my family law practice to an out-of-court practice rather than a litigating practice. Regards, Diana.
"Diana is a smart, thoughtful and strong litigator and attorney. I appreciate her as a colleague and resource for legal advice. She is also a skilled private guardian ad litem capable of handling complex and highly contentious matters. I highly recommend her."
"I wholeheartedly endorse this lawyer. She does an excellent job, she is very professional and courteous, and she really cares about her clients."
"Diana is a well respected family law attorney in the community. She is intelligent, knows the law and most importantly has great judgment in advising her clients."
