Josh was very professional and brought a calm to the storm of my DUI. I was able to retain my license, and no interlock. Also, i escaped with minimal consequences upon sentencing. Recently I had my first ever criminal charge levied against me...four misdemeanors associated with domestic violence. I was largely ignorant of the realities of the criminal justice process and what, in general, lay in store for me. All I knew for certain was that I didn't seem to have anyone... helping me, my set-in-stone rights seemed to be subjective and negotiable, and most of what I'd seen on TV was complete BS. It was an extremely scary time in my life. I started researching and interviewed multiple attorneys to assist my cause. My case ended up not even going to trial because he was able to get me a full dismissal of all charges to include a sealing of all records.
