Millen C. Clawson is our senior attorney and opened our law firm in 1971. He graduated from the University of Utah in 1962 with a Bachelor of Science Degree; he then graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1967. Millen is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the Colorado Bar Association, and the El Paso County Bar Association. Millen is licensed to practice in all Federal courts and the states of Colorado and Wyoming.
Mr. Clawson has expertly handled numerous death cases, product liability cases, serious automobile collision cases, significant workers' compensation cases and the like. Millen has an extensive trial background especially in personal injury, workers' compensation matters and wrongful death cases.
