Immigration law has always interested me, because both of my parents immigrated to this country.  I enjoy working with interesting people from around the world who seek to establish lives in this country that gave an opportunity to my own family.

 

I also enjoy working as a criminal defense attorney, helping to protect one of the fundamental principles that defines America -- that a person is innocent unless the government can prove otherwise beyond a reasonable doubt.

One of the best immigration attorneys
He handled both my mom and her co'worker's immigration cases. Unlike, the other lawyers they have hired were very tardy and didn't pay close attention to their cases. However, Eric Pavri followed the case thoroughly and kept a keen eye on the their cases. With the help of Eric, they both have their green-cards and have asked me to write a reviewed for them to let him know that they really appreciated his help and dedication that he has put into their cases. I wish he was still working at his prior law firm because I would definately hire him to work on my upcoming immigration case because its very hard to find a lawyer who is that dedicated.

Our only regret is that we didn't come to talk to Eric right from the start. We wasted many months and lots of money trying to do my wife's case ourselves and I felt like punching a wall after getting so many rejection letters back from the government. But from the first meeting Eric made us feel at ease, and reassured us that he'd seen the same problems many times before and that he could help us deal with the problems with the forms. Even though it took Eric and his staff two times also (the government sent a letter asking for documents we had already sent them), they stayed on top of it and in the end got it done. And Eric always made sure we understood the whole complicated process. We're planning to use Eric's services now too for my wife's parents. 100% recommend this lawyer.

100% Successful Journey -- Great Advisor
Eric assisted us every step of the way on our 9-month journey to successful Permanent Resident status. He was always accessible by phone or email, and he made after-hours appointments possible to accommodate our schedule. Meetings were efficient and productive, and even entertaining. Eric instilled confidence, and reduced anxiety during this stressful process. Trustworthy Lawyer who will give 100% effort!
I had very special scenario where my Immigration classification was wrong resulting in my re-doing the application forms for almost 2 years. Finally after my second I-90 application was rejected I contacted Mr. Pavris's office. Mr Pavri assisted me in re-filling the I-90 application. Accompanied me to the Denver USCIS office in an info pass appointment and helped me in getting an I-551 with correct classification, which finally helped me in getting my Green card! My Green card with 10 year expiration date arrived in the mail last week! Mr Pavri also worked with me on the financial side and gave me an affordable rate . Next year it will be 5 years in America! I look forward to working with Mr. Pavri for my naturalization Petition.

Fast Immigration Services
Last year i came across this outstanding man and his staff. I contacted his office through email. At first i was nervous i did not know what to expect. His staff responded fast and made me feel at ease. To me i think the staff is what gives the company a name. And let me tell you that every time i showed up they made me feel like part of the team. He helped me become a U. S Citizen in matter of weeks that's how fast they are. I am in the military and i do have a clean record so that did helped a lot. I am not going to go through my whole story. But if you need a good lawyer this is the guy you want to get. His services are great and he would do anything he can to get you good results. Give them a call and find out for yourself. This guys are true professionals.

Thank You, Eric!
There isn't enough words to express how comfortable we felt from the first phone call, with all of our questions! His staff was able to answer all of them with so much patience. When we had our first appointment with Eric, and he took our case reassuring us that was able to help with our situation. It only took about 6 months and now my husband is a US Citizen! Eric has been so good to us making sure we didn't miss any steps that could cause any delay or a decline in citizenship! Thank you to Eric and all his staff who helped my husband and I achieve this goal!

Great lawyer, very honest and professional
I have worked with lawyers before, and Mr. Eric was far and away the best. Many lawyers treat you like just another case or opportunity to make money. But Mr. Eric really took the time to ge to know me and my wife, and he always answered our questions and made sure to explain to us everything about our case so that we always felt like we knew what was going on and we could make good decisions with correct information. Plus he speaks Spanish and that really helped because my wife's English isn't as good as her Spanish yet. Because of Mr. Erici's hard work, my wife now has her Permanent Resident card and I no longer have to worry that she might be deported at any time. This is a huge relief for me and our kids.
