I was pulled over for a DUI (pulled over for speeding, no injuries or damage) about 2.5 years ago now and I thought my life was completely ruined. I went to Josh for a consultation and he reassured me that I would be the first person he's seen go to jail over one DUI. He asked me what my priorities w...ere (what kind of fine I would be able to pay, willingness to do community service/alcohol courses, etc.) and basically gave me a customized plan to get going from there. The entire time, his calm and confident demeanor really did provide some much needed comfort. After getting the total cost of his services (which was very reasonable, considering it was a flat rate even if we had to actually go to court), his office assistant provided us with a very amenable payment plan. I eventually got an appropriate sentence (community service, alcohol reeducation classes, 30 day suspended license, breathalyzer in the car) and it was made so much less painful because I had Josh to defend me and then walk me through everything. After about two years, I had a question come up on a job application that was worded a little confusingly; I didn't want to lie about anything, but I also didn't want to open that door unnecessarily. I sent Josh an email with the question and he got back to me by the end of the day with how I should legally answer it. It's incredible that after two years he was still happy to look up my case and answer in such an incredibly timely manner. If you can't tell, I had an amazing experience with Josh McDowell. At least for DUIs, he knows the law and the system inside and out. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends in a tight spot. (For the record, I haven't driven if I even suspect that I might have alcohol in my system since that night. Uber, Lyft, traditional taxi, call a friend, anything but driving. I still had a hefty fine to pay and plenty of community service to soberly think about my actions, but I can't even imagine going through all of that without Josh's counsel.)

I had been the one who went to jail after a physical altercation with my boyfriend at the time, even though he was clearly the aggressor. I was adamant about keeping my name clear, and his recommendations afforded me the right to do just that. (worth every penny? I guess you'll have to see July's doc...ket re: the ex...) It was worth it to me at the time to maintain my dignity. Josh had worked with me previously on a DUI case, and I found him to be incredibly personable, understanding, and supportive throughout both cases, even when I called in tears to ask WTF? when we both knew there was nothing I could do, or pay him to do at certain points in the processes. I really felt like I had a good friend from high school coming in to help me out, and earn his money with integrity. (He takes cash, lol!) I would recommend him to anyone, except for maybe 3 specific people who don't deserve representation of this caliber...and he is easy on the eyes...:-)

Fantastic!!! I felt so at ease with Josh. I have never even had a speeding ticket so this process was VERY scary for me. Josh talked m through everything, responded to every email and phone call immediately, and worked VERY hard for me. I am exceptionally pleased with the outcome of my case…and its a...ll thanks to Josh!

Josh McDowell is one of the most honorable and genuine people I have ever encountered. I payed a flat fee for a DUI charge that I will admit may not be an easy payment for all, but I received a degree of professionalism, integrity, efficiency , and sincerity that I guarantee you will not find many ot...her places. I highly recommend this firm and those involved with it because I have met them all and know their credentials.... trust me when I say, if you are willing to put your trust in them and believe in their efforts, you will come out on top.
