A long-standing and active member of AILA, Daniel has been invited to speak at several past national and state AILA conferences, and a past member of AILA’s USCIS California Service Center Liaison Committee. Daniel volunteers his time to mentor attorneys providing pro bono assistance to asylum seekers through the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights.
