His current practice focuses on corporate immigration matters, but covers all aspects of immigration practice, including representation of professionals seeking to immigration through employment-based or family-based petitions.

He is a member of the Editorial Board of Bender’s Immigration Bulletin, a LexisNexis® periodical providing news and analysis to immigration lawyers nationwide. His co-authored article proposing changes to the U.S. Visa Waiver Program appeared in the Stanford Law and Policy Review’s Spring 2005 issue.

A long-standing and active member of AILA, Daniel has been invited to speak at several past national and state AILA conferences, and a past member of AILA’s USCIS California Service Center Liaison Committee. Daniel volunteers his time to mentor attorneys providing pro bono assistance to asylum seekers through the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights.
