I was being charged with a DUI, and refused roadside tests. I began the process of calling lawyers to see who would suit me the best . I called several lawyers and told them what happened the night of my DUI and just was not finding a lawyer who seemed to be willing to listen to me completely. I was hit with a slew of nightmare charges after crashing my car, including DUI. I was disoriented from the crash and the wicked concussion I sustained during it, but I wasn't intoxicated, so I opted to take a blood test after a police officer finally came.
