I was being charged with a DUI, and refused roadside tests. I began the process of calling lawyers to see who would suit me the best . I called several lawyers and told them what happened the night of my DUI and just was not finding a lawyer who seemed to be willing to listen to me completely. Eve...ry lawyer I had spoken to would say we will get the best plea deal that we can .. That was not what I wanted to hear at all. A few weeks after receiving this horrible news I got a phone call from Barry. He asked how I was, and I responded " Im doing good , u ?' Barry said " well you're about to be even better , your case has been DISMISSED FOR GOOD !" I WAS SO HAPPY! Barry went above and beyond all of my expectations of him and got my case dismissed 2 times in less than a year!!! I was pulled over for speeding and very questionably brought in for a breathalizer after roadside tests, resulting in a charge of DWAI.
