Barry Christian Hart Lancaster

I hired Barry Lancaster as my attorney to protect me against a wrongfully filed restraining order from my ex-girlfriend. I was kicked out of my own house and I figured that I needed a lawyer since I obviously don't know the law (getting kicked out of the house that had my name listed on the loan docu...ments seemed unlawful to me). Barry prepared me for court by having me bring evidence that I wouldn't have thought to bring to court. Barry took command of the courtroom when he was representing me there. He proved to the judge that the restraining order was a farse. When my mind was flooded with emotions of injustice Barry was able to provide clarity and direction. Even after the restraining order issue was completed, Barry went above and beyond what I had paid him for by acting as a mediator between me and my girlfriend to figure out what to do with the house that my girlfriend and I had bought together. In this society of men being guilty until proven innocent in these types of cases, I'm grateful to have had Barry represent me. I know that I wouldn't be able to represent myself as well as Barry represented me and I'm very grateful to have hired him for my lawyer. The restraining order would have stayed on my criminal record if the judge decided that the restraining order was justified. I highly recommend Barry to represent anybody who has had a restraining order filed against them.

Berry is a great lawyer and did everything he said he would do! Very lucky I found him! I went from having no hope at all and scared this charge would ruin my future but berry was confident and honest with me and walked me through the whole process and ended up getting my case dismissed! Without that... I would be in a very bad spot and not able to fulfill my goals had this charge not been dropped! So yes I would recommend him to everyone he Is amazing!

I was arrested for a DUI last June and I was referred to Barry through a family member. Upon our first meeting Barry reassured me that everything would be alright and hopefully he would get my DUI charge dropped to reckless driving or less. Since being a recent college graduate he set me up with a payment plan that was suitable for me. My charges ended up being dropped to a temporary reckless driving charge for a year and I had to do 40 hours of community service, take a MADD class, and pay a small fee.
