Prenuptial Agreement
Philip was great! He helped draft and finalize a prenuptial agreement on short notice. He’s very knowledgeable and addressed a lot of my concerns. I highly recommend him if you’re in need of prenuptial or post-nuptial services.
"Mr. Kay is an absolute ACE litigator and counselor. Not only is he one of the brightest legal minds I have had the pleasure of consulting with, he appears to conduct his client relations in a manner that is easy to understand and settling for his client's that are going through a difficult time in their life. If you are in need of a family law attorney in the Denver metro area, you will find none better than Mr. Kay. I refer my clients to him with utmost recommendation."
"I met Mr. Kay as opposing counsel in a dissolution of marriage action. Mr. Kay was an effective advocate for his client, but did not lose sight of the need to reach a reasonable resolution."
