Very knowledgeable and competent attorney

David was able to provide the guidance I needed in making a decision whether to litigate in regards to my son’s mom relocating with my son. David was very knowledgeable in these types of cases and helped me come to the conclusion that attempting to negotiate an agreement outside of court was in the ...best interest of my son. He then worked patiently with me to draft a new parenting plan and negotiate with my son’s mother until a satisfactory agreement was reached. I felt David provided the insight and clarity I needed to get the agreement finalized.

Left at Ease

David is an outstanding lawyer who helped me achieve a parenting plan that I am much at ease with. David and his team (Whitney, Joelle and Deb) are professionals who treat you with compassion. Joelle and Deb's professionalism and attention to detail allows David to fully focus on your case and your n...eeds. Both David and his team are eager to figure out what is most important to you, including the communication style that you prefer/need. I felt that David was able to decipher, throughout our interactions, what was most important for my family and I and as such he was able to provide advice that would help me achieve a desirable outcome. David is a great mediator because he stays cool and level headed. David always hears what you need and will present your needs to opposing counsel. Other lawyers may hear what you need and fight for that but what David provides you is your options based on years of experience and the potential outcomes based on the options you choose. If you are looking for an educated, respectful and truthful lawyer/company I would highly recommend David and his staff.

Pragmatic and kind family lawyer who delivers results

We had a wonderful experience with this family law firm. David, Melinda, and Deb took great care of us. David handled issues related to decision making, parenting plan, name change, and step-parent adoption. I appreciated his pragmatic approach and that he always kept our daughter's best interests in... mind. Melinda was very persistent during a challenging court process. Deb runs a tight ship, with a smile. I highly recommend this firm!

In the interests of the kids

My experience with David was life changing. My exhusband and I met David when he was a DM for us. My biggest concern when getting divorced was the kids and David completely understood. He is level headed, wise, and caring. See you don't hire David as your lawyer if you are bitter and looking to "...put the screws" to your ex. You hire David if your kids are the most important thing in your life. God used him to helped my ex and I get to a place where honest to goodness my ex and my husband are friends and my ex's wife and I are dear friends. My ex and I have two kids together, My husband and I have two others and my ex and his wife have one together and they all ADORE each other. This relationship, which is nothing short of a blessing, true friendship, and a shining example of healthy communication and healthy kids is a direct result of working with David. I have kept in touch with him over the years and would trust judgement implicitly and recommend him to any parent without hesitation. You will receive wise, ethical advice here not sneaky underhanded loop holes that only make things worse and your kids suffer.

Mediation

I hired Mr. Littman as a mediator in divorce proceedings. He was very accommodating with his schedule given a very tight timeline. He explained the process clearly and performed the mediation in an objective manner. His calm demeanor and articulate presentation helped make the negotiation process muc...h less stressful. He was able to take divergent positions and formulate alternative choices while maintaining appropriate confidentiality on both sides. It was clearly evident that the broad experience Mr. Littman brought to the table helped achieve a realistic and equitable agreement.
