I was stuck in a bad situation with monies owed to me for back wages. From day 1 Matt was extremely helpful in outlining the options I had to resolve the situation. After a google search trying to figure out how to resolve an issue, I was lead to a response Mr. Casebolt made on another question. He took my call on his personal cell phone after normal business hours, and although his area of expertise was outside of my specific need, he took interest in helping me find a solution. After a short amount of time, I got a better understanding of the direction I needed to move towards including a few specific resources and most importantly hope. This is actually the second time that I have consulted with Matt regarding a legal issue. Last year I hired him to manage a real estate transaction dispute which was ultimately resolved and met my best case scenario in terms of results. My first experience with an attorney. I asked my business associates and friends if anyone could recommend a competent and trustworthy attorney. Matt came into my case helping with a very hard situation. My husband had passed away unexpectedly, and without a will. I had hired an estate lawyer to help me with the estate matters, and a situation with my husbands former girlfriend.
