Excellent

Mr. Casebolt was quick, friendly, savvy, and patient about a property boundary dispute with one of my neighbors. He assessed the situation quickly, listened to my complaints that weren't germane, and readily offered a way forward with specifics on how to do it. A thoroughly pleasant experience. He di...dn't try to up sell. In fact, he said that spending $39 for the consultation was a smart way to go instead of hiring any attorney. Thank you!

Personable, very knowledgable, and realistic.

This is actually the second time that I have consulted with Matt regarding a legal issue. Last year I hired him to manage a real estate transaction dispute which was ultimately resolved and met my best case scenario in terms of results. More recently, I consulted with Matt regarding a landlord-tenant... dispute. He did a fantastic job at assessing our situation, providing us with all of the potential courses of action and related financial implications, and asks all of the questions that I hadn't thought of. His expertise and preparation is unparalleled with any other professional I've ever worked with. In both occasions, after working with Matt, I have felt very confident that I have the correct information, understand my rights, and my potential options for litigation. Getting all of the facts and taking the emotional / moral arguments out of the disputes has been absolutely key, and Matt is great at drilling down and getting me focused on the details and reality of the case / situation, and providing me with a plan to move forward that meets my goals -- which are to resolve disputes as fairly as possible and prevent or limit my financial damages. I would recommend him highly to anyone who is seeking counsel. He is efficient, focused and intelligent.
