I love being a part of the Simi Valley community - meeting and getting to know people. In my office you won't get the feeling that you're sitting across the desk from a stranger, which, in my mind, is the last way you want to feel when you're in need of legal assistance.

I pride myself in being able to analyze a case's strengths and weaknesses, effectively communicate those to the client, and assist a client in evaluating their goals in mediation, arbitration or litigation, and doing my best work to assist the client in achieving those goals.

I operate my own law firm with offices in Westlake Village and Simi Valley to assist people with real estate, contract and business law needs.

My real estate work includes everything from neighbor property line disputes, easement issues, purchase and sale agreements gone wrong, partition actions (when one party of a jointly-owned piece of property wishes to sell and the other owner does not) and landlord-tenant issues.

My work in the area of contract law ranges from reviewing existing contracts to drafting them from scratch with appropriate provisions for the case at hand, and litigation of breach of contract issues.

In business law, I can assist clients with choosing and forming an appropriate business entity (corporation, LLC, partnership, etc.) and with litigation of issues including breach of contract, fraud, negligence, indemnity, etc. I have also assisted in the sale of numerous local businesses from the letter of intent stage through completion of asset purchase agreements.
