Matthew James Casebolt

After a google search trying to figure out how to resolve an issue, I was lead to a response Mr. Casebolt made on another question. He took my call on his personal cell phone after normal business hours, and although his area of expertise was outside of my specific need, he took interest in helping... me find a solution. After a short amount of time, I got a better understanding of the direction I needed to move towards including a few specific resources and most importantly hope. To put it into perspective, I was at a loss for what I could do and thought there was no chance of ever finding a resolution to something that has been a thorn in my side for a long. If Matt could do that for someone who had an issue he wasn't specifically practicing in, I can only imagine the rock star level of representation he provides to clients in his main field of practice. Thank you Matt! I appreciate your time more than you can know.

Mr. Casebolt simply answered one of my questions on here, but he did such a great job. Offered advice and was very straightforward. He didn't beat around the bush and helped me figure out my best options. Also, he didn't try to promote anything like a lot of people do. He also responded quickly and a...sked me questions that helped him understand my problem more throughly. This guy is GREAT!

Matt came into my case helping with a very hard situation. My husband had passed away unexpectedly, and without a will. I had hired an estate lawyer to help me with the estate matters, and a situation with my husbands former girlfriend. Mr Littlepage brought Matt aboard to help with litigation over... the property that the former girlfriend was supposed to have sighed off on over a decade ago. YES it took a long time, almost year, BUT not at the fault of my attornies, but the unwillingness and stubbornness of the ex girlfriend. I live in Arkansas and was buying a home for our daughter in Castle Rock CO. Initially my daughter was looking at a new home and I didn't like the contract terms. Matt encouraged us to look at already built homes and to use the standard real estate contract. We did so and asked Matt to review the tit...le work and develop a lease and option to buy contract between our daughter and ourselves. He did so in a timely and professional manner. I gave him a retainer and it was more than sufficient to cover his time. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
