Erik Richard Groves

Despite having an office phone, iPhone, Mac computer, and a receptionist Mr. Groves can't seem to respond to simple requests by his clients. If it wasn't for the shortage if employee-side employment attorneys on the western slope he wouldn't be in business. I would liken his character to that of Tom ...Cruise in A Few Good Men. slow to work, quick to settle.If you don't like customer service or view your case as a back burner issue Mr. Groves is your guy.

I very strongly do not recommend Erik Groves. I have to keep calling and calling , won't speak to or hear from him for months. It's taken over two years for him to settle a small insurance claim. I last spoke with him in October, telling me he had reached his deadline with the company (..waited that... long!) and he had to settle by Nov 15th.. well it's February and I still have not heard a word and cannot get a hold of him.
