Kim helped my husband and I set up our Will, powers of attorney and trust documents. Something we had been putting off for years. She was so easy to work with, professional and surprisingly reasonable. She was super communicative and available outside of typical business hours. I hired Cheryl Toman and Kim Sparks, later letting Toman go. I kept Kim because she said she had some experience in partition (real estate) cases. As the case drew nearer and I began to ask more about the case, and legalities surrounding the case. I began to lose confidence. My opponents attorney... was also more than Kim could handle. In my opinion, he was intimidating Kim. This is not a bull dog. My impression was that she was in over her head and took my money likely because she had very few options. If you're looking for a good attorney, don't use Kim.
