If you can, I'd highly recommend a consultation before going to the investigation phase for input/advice/ guidance/ options you might not have known about etc.

I feel like I wasted my money

I paid $450 for the same information that Google gave me. She didn’t review the evidence before the meeting. She was late to the meeting and honestly felt like she didn’t care about my case at all because she wouldn’t make much money off of it. Telling people “just file unemployment and file with the... EEOC” and charging $450 for that is a bit excessive in my opinion. Especially since that’s all available through Google.
