Mr. Steven Pisani was extremely helpful with my case. I found myself in a case with someone accusing me of a hit and run that I did not have knowledge of. I couldn't be happier. I could have taken the plea offer, it wasn't horrible but I knew I wasn't guilty. Most of the time it is cheaper to plead guilty and just be done with it, especially when the prosecutors are bullies and have unlimited resources at their disposal. They never care if you are actually guilty or innocent, just if they can make a case they will drag you and bully you. Mr. Pisani was incredibly helpful throughout my DUI process. As a first time offender, he was very helpful in keeping me calm and giving me all the information necessary to get through it.
