Super nice and Honest
Rachel was so nice during our initial consultation. I really felt comfortable with her. It was determined that I have a good chance to win my case on my own. It would be my choice if I wanted her to represent me. I really appreciated the honesty.

Best Employment Attorney in CO!
I have had the pleasure of working with Rachel on a couple of cases and she is exceptional. She and her staff are compassionate and fight for their clients best interest.
I really appreciate you taking the time to write this. In professions with variable compensation, it's especially important that everyone is on the same page about the compensation structure from the beginning, and that you protect your interests both while you are employed and whenever you are planning your next career move. It is always a pleasure working with you!

Excellent Lawyer
Last year when I was 7 months pregnant, my husband, Nicholas, and I were placed in a position we never thought would happen to us. My employer started making decisions that were obviously discriminating against me. After being advised by many friends, family members, and co-workers, we decided to con...

Moving Past Being Wrongfully Terminated
I am so grateful to have found Rachel in this difficult time. I am almost 50 years old and have been a resilient hard worker since I was 14 years old. Never have I been fired from a job and being let go under wrongful circumstances was definitely a first for me. Going through something like this can ...

When facing a tough employer, you want Rachel on your team
After my wrongful termination, I felt like I was helpless and no one was on my side. A friend suggested I meet with Rachel, and everything changed. She validated my concerns that my termination was retaliation for reporting discrimination at the company, and immediately started helping me organize ...
"I have known Rachel for a couple of years. I talk with her nearly every week about her practice and dealing with clients and handling their problems. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Rachel to anyone in her area with the type of issues she handles."
"Rachel Eliis is one of the hardest hitting lawyers in the Colorado legal community. I have known Rachel since our days in law school. She is a top employment lawyer. When I have calls asking for a referral for employment discrimination cases, she is the only person I have confidence recommending."
"I've had the privilege of working with Rachel for several years on a professional committee, and her enthusiasm and commitment are contagious. I have also referred clients to her and consulted with her on separate matters. I highly respect her skill and recommend her to anyone."
"Rachel is a dedicated and caring lawyer. I would recommend her office to anyone with an employment dispute. I have sent clients to her in the past and I have heard nothing but the utmost praise for Rachel's skill and effectiveness."
