Super nice and Honest

Rachel was so nice during our initial consultation. I really felt comfortable with her. It was determined that I have a good chance to win my case on my own. It would be my choice if I wanted her to represent me. I really appreciated the honesty.

Really understood my situation

Excellent

Rachel was great, she listened to my case, looked through all the information I gave her, and she felt confident about my case and gave me the reasons why which was comforting. I get very nervous about legal matters big or small and I didn't want to take any chances representing myself because it had...n't gone well for me in the past, so Rachel still showed up, which I think helped my employer show up for once, and Rachel helped me win my case and get closure for it. I was very grateful for how she prepared me, represented me, and followed up with me.
