Very smart and i am proud to have him representing me

My case has been a drawn out nightmare. Mr Connell has been there for me every step of the way (and everyone else in the office if he away in court). He is experienced, caring, and a very kind man. He is quick to answer emails and calls and makes you feel that you have help in your corner when the gi...ant insurance companies are against you or trying to intimidate you. He will take time to make sure you understand everything and explain every step of the way. I really believe he is not there for the money, but to help people and make things right. He is so knowledgeable about what insurance companies do and how to help the worker. Never arrogant or condescending, hi is a nice and kind man. Very impressive as i have never been involved in anything like this. I would definitely recommend talking to him if you have been injured so you know that you do have rights.

You get what you don't pay for!

Mr. Connell seems to be nice, as at least he did reply back. But did not have any answers for me in regards to a Wormans Comp claim. I had to find out the information myself after much research. Just wonder what the point was for him to even reply? Oh well, I am sure he's helped many others. Just not... for me and my situation. Thanks anyway. ~Kindest Regards~

On AVVO we answer general questions related to workers compensation. We are not allowed to give advice but we try to point people in the right direction or encourage them to seek counsel if they have a specific concern.

Works diligently and Fights hard!

John and I have been up against a Goliath like organization for longer than I would have expected. He has demonstrated a sincere commitment to righting the wrong in my workers comp. case. He is a highly skilled attorney who has never missed a deadline. He is always approachable and kind in address...ing my concerns. The outcome of my case is yet to be determined but I am confident that I have the best representation possible. He is in it to win it!

Excellent worker's comp attorney

Even before he was hired, John took the time to explain how a worker's comp case evolves and what to expect. He did not make any promises but was encouraging. He always left it to my decision, regardless of the time he spent. Since I have hired John, I have only had extremely positive experiences ...with him and his staff. They are all kind, caring and extremely responsive to my needs. When something needs to be done, such as getting my temporary partial disability payment from worker's comp, it is done timely, often on the same day that I make a request. I am always sent documentation of what they have done on my behalf. Emails have always been answered within several hours, which I think is amazing. They have provided me with a lot of formal documentation and information regarding a worker's comp case. For example, a definition of terms, then explanation of how each piece and term works together. It has helped me tremendously to understand what's happening. And I can always call or email John if I have a question! I am a nurse and have only the highest respect for John and his staff.

Very Poor service ! Surprised & Disappointed

John Connell is a nice man. He is very knowledgable in the area of workers compensation. Most of my consultation was filled neither stories about what happened to other people. Connell told me how hard he was going to fight for but that NEVER happened. I followed the advice that he gave me and it bac...kfired badly. When I needed to speak to him he was beyond difficult to reach. He missed a conference and more. I have to say that I am very disappointed with the outcome my case and Me. Connell in general is all talk and little service in my situation.

We want the best for all of our clients in every claim and unfortunately that doesn't always happen in a system that favors the insurance carrier and employer. I can't comment on individual situations but know that phone conferences can be missed when other matters go longer than expected. In that situation we will always reschedule and hope that the client is not inconvenienced.
