Michael Baumer gave me excellent advice and took the time to answer all of my questions. His staff was very helpful and kind. Although Mr. Baumer did a good job of letting me know what to expect at bankruptcy court, the court appearance was the hardest part for me. I had never been to court before... in my life and was filled with anxiety. The rest of the process, while difficult, was facilitated nicely by Michael Bauer and his staff.

And that is not something usually said when dealing with attorneys or courts, but with Michael Baumer it was. I believe what made the process so easy was the fact that Michael talked me through everything and made everything as easy to understand and do as possible. There wasn't a lot of unnecessary ...paperwork or hassles. I was always made aware of where in the process I was.
