The process of moving through a bankruptcy is difficult and scary enough for most, and while declaring bankruptcy should be a last resort, and one to be taken very seriously, the counsel you choose to aide you in navigating through this life changing event should be more than competent enough to guid...e you through what can be very murky waters and also instill confidence and hope of a new day once you have completed the journey. That feeling of competence, confidence, and a new beginning can truly make the difference. I am a professional, a business owner, and it was a difficult business situation that created my downfall. Baumer contracted my case, collected my retainer, put it off for a year, emptied trust with no work completed. I never received a statement of accounting.
