Nicholas Hall is the founding shareholder at Hall. His entire career has been focused on real estate restructuring. He represents trustees, committees, developers, owners, operators, borrowers, and investors in real estate financing, restructuring, and acquisitions and dispositions.
Mr. Hall's practice also focuses on lender liability actions against creditors and financial institutions, often contesting foreclosures and property valuations.
