The process of moving through a bankruptcy is difficult and scary enough for most, and while declaring bankruptcy should be a last resort, and one to be taken very seriously, the counsel you choose to aide you in navigating through this life changing event should be more than competent enough to guid...e you through what can be very murky waters and also instill confidence and hope of a new day once you have completed the journey. That feeling of competence, confidence, and a new beginning can truly make the difference. I am a professional, a business owner, and it was a difficult business situation that created my downfall. I started my bankruptcy journey with a different recommended law firm, and had a Very different experience. It was a female bankruptcy attorney, and I thought, looking for anything comfortable and familiar at this stressful time that being female myself we would at least have that in common.
