Biography
Michael Baumer has practiced bankruptcy law nearly exclusively for over 25 years. He has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1984, and has been board certified in both consumer and business bankruptcy law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1998, one of the few attorneys in Austin to have both certifications. Michael served four terms as president of the Austin Bankruptcy Bar Assocation. He has also been named a Texas Monthly Super Lawyer. Michael is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy related topics.

Excellent Lawyer and Staff

Excellent Lawyer
Michael Baumer and his team are superb and highly professional. They took my case and helped and guided me through every step. I appreciate their expertise with every question I had. I dont plan on every going through this again but if I had to I would call on them!

If I were to choose one word to describe this process? Easy.
And that is not something usually said when dealing with attorneys or courts, but with Michael Baumer it was.
