Replied last March 22, 2018I am sorry that you feel that I did not handle your case in a manner that was beneficial for you, however, like you said your mother is the one that hired me and she hired me to represent you not to bond you out of jail. Anyone can bond you out of jail but I was hired to do the right thing for you. I wasn't slow and unresponsive--your mother hired me on a Friday afternoon and I visited you in jail on Monday. I then set your court date for that week and met you Thursday in court. The following week I spoke with the prosecutor and in between that time I was having conference calls with both of your parents. Within the next week, I heard that you hired another attorney to bond you out of jail which I was not hired to do. I am sorry you feel like I wasn't doing my job but I was doing everything that I was hired to do and in an expeditious way. Your parents and I had your best interests in mind. Good luck and I wish you well.
