I worked with Kathryn on my very contentious divorce in 2018/19 and again during a custody dispute in 2021/22. At the end of the trial my ex-wife was held in contempt (I was not), I now have full legal custody of my son with regards to vaccinations, my son is attending and flourishing at the school I wanted him to attend, and my custody time was significantly expanded. Opposing counsel was extremely belligerent and essentially ran a smear campaign with very little evidence, meanwhile Kathryn stuck to the facts and worked with me to back up my case with evidence including prior case rulings. She worked hard for me and always stayed calm, cool and collected. On both occasions, the results could not have been better, and I highly recommend Kathryn for any divorce, custody or related proceedings.
