Our firm is a full service firm that has Hill Country values. Our 5 full time lawyers practice in all State and Federal Courts. I began my career working for a Federal Judge before moving to California where I spent four years working for two of the Counties largest law firms. While in California I represented large corporations and lending institutions in large law suits. I returned home to San Marcos, Texas to fullfil my dream of opening my own law firm in the hill country.
Our firms guiding principles are simple, provide our clients the same level of service as if they were using a large "big city firm" at reasonable rates. We keep in mind that our clients are undergoing a life changing experience when they have to use the services of a lawyer and try to ensure that our staff is responsive and understanding.

I endorse this lawyer. David is a brilliant lawyer! I worked as an associate for David and I learned so much about strategy and how to think outside the box. I recommend David without any reservations.
Steve Fischer, General practice Attorney on Feb 20, 2013
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

Anthony Fusco, Unknown Attorney on Oct 12, 2012
Relationship: Co-worker
I endorse this lawyer. David's level of skill and legal knowledge are surpassed only by his concern for his clients. One of the things I admire most about David is the fact that he strives to make himself available to his clients all of the time, without regard to time of day or day of the week. I have learned a great deal from him over the years, and continue to do so to this day.
