Justin Michael Jackson

I originally hired an Austin attorney, before I knew Justin and his firm, I was in the middle of a very nasty custody battle which included false allegations by my ex to removing my daughter from TX. Long story short, my original attorney dropped the ball, she didn't even show up to day 1 of a 2 day... trial. Needless to say I lost everything. I fired her and met with 2 other attorneys who both referred me to Justin. I ended up meeting with him a couple days later and he saw through the BS that my ex laid out, he listened and knew I had a case. He wasn't scared or intimidated by the judge or opposing attorney. He said he could fix everything and I believed him. I knew I found the right guy for the job. Slowly buy surely, court appearance after court appearance, he started chipping away at my case. Each time we were in court we had a victory, from removing the protective order placed on me by the judge (false allegations), to getting my summer visitations and ultimately getting back to the original divorce agreement of 50/50 custody. We're not done, the fight continues and we're going for full custody. It's a long and bumpy road but I can tell you, with Justin by your side you will make it through.

I hired Mr. Jackson this past January to represent me in my divorce. Having never gone through divorce proceedings previously, I felt very unsure as to what questions I needed to even be asking of my attorney. Going to Mr. Jackson was the best decision I made in my divorce case. It was a complicated case and the few law firms I went to before Mr. Jackson, assure me that I had ALL to lose and the kids mother could do what she was doing. I was at a lost when I met with Mr. Jackson. I explain to Mr. Jackson I... wanted a divorce and that the kids mom had taken and move the kids to Hereford Tx, almost 9hrs away from Austin, against my will. I told him what I wanted, I wanted the kids to move back to Austin so I can see them as much as possible. Within 4-6 weeks I had my kids with me while the process of custody was underway. At the conclusion of our case I got 50/50 custody, I do not have to pay child support, medical insurance has to be provided by the mom. I end up with everything I wanted, my kids back in Austin, and more. After a few lawyers telling me I will have to keep paying child support and the kids will stay with their mom in Hereford Tx like she wanted to, Mr. Jackson made me see some light again and got my Kids back for me. It was just AMAZING what he did and glad I met Mr. Jackson! Everyone keeps asking me how did I end up with this great outcome and I tell them to meet Mr. Jackson. It was my first divorce and I didn't know what to do. He offered no advice and more often than not didn't reply to emails. I had more advice in a 15 minute conversation with another attorney when I was looking around than all that I received from him. I had to meet with him to ask him to respond to m...y communications.
