Long story short he had to be asked to say the obvious by us during the trial and the judge kept looking at him for checking his phone repeatedly during the trial rather than listening to the hearing. He ended up working out the best deal for the opposing attorney and went over to the other attorney patting him on the back. I was trembling and close to vomiting for every hearing, appearance, etc., but as soon as Justin arrived and laid out his game plan, seeing him at work and watching him fight for you, I always walked out with my head held high. I have a tendency to be too nice, but Justin spoke up for me every time and made sure I never wavered from my position or accepted less than I was entitled. I was really nervous when I started my search for a family law attorney because I knew that the most important things in my life were at risk: my children, my home, my assets and my ability to provide for my kids in the future. My ex wife was determined to try and take my young children away from me and tried to fabricate all types of narratives to get her way.
