It was my first divorce and I didn't know what to do. He offered no advice and more often than not didn't reply to emails. I had more advice in a 15 minute conversation with another attorney when I was looking around than all that I received from him. I had to meet with him to ask him to respond to m...y communications. He made multiple guarantees that were not kept including going to my old house to retrieve my possessions. I asked him to draft the decree and he did not. He let the other attorney do it. More than two months later I still hadn't received one word or the decree. It turns out the other attorney forgot to file it, and both me and my soon to be ex wife thought we were divorced. Months after that I was prompted to pay for filing my ex-wife's Special Warranty Deed and it was not filed yet. She was already trying to rent the house without the assumption of liability being filed. There was a court ordered deadline and this was months afterwards.

My experience with Justin and his staff proved to be a postive and professional one. He promptly returned my calls and emails and addressed my requests with intelligence and insight. A man of integrity, Justin was honest and true to the highest standards of his profession as he handled my divorce. H...e was interested in what I had to say and listened without distraction.
