My ex wife was determined to try and take my young children away from me and tried to fabricate all types of narratives to get her way. She tried to use family protective orders, stalking allegations, cps investigations, accusations of adultry, drugs and abuse with multiple police reports and every other tactic you could think of as leverage in our custody battle - but I'm happy to say I ended up with 50/50 custody of my children and an equal split of community property. As far as logistics go - Justin and his staff worked with a sense of purpose and I never felt that they were "milking the clock." His office was always responsive and billing was clear, understandable, detailed and consistent. Justin is an attorney that just "gets it." He understands things quickly and his staff was amazing to work with.
