Biography
I was born and raised in Corpus Christi, TX. I came back to my hometown, because this city is in need of dedicated defenders of constitutional principals and rights. I have that dedication and I have a passion for defending those accused of crimes.
I did not realize my passion until my final year of law school when i participated in the St. Mary's Criminal Justice Clinic. I was dumbfounded by how damaging poor representation could be in today's modern, harsh criminal justice system. Penalties and stakes are high, while resources for representation are low.
I've always been a defender of constitutional rights. St. Mary's Criminal Justice Clinic made me realized that criminal law was the place where I could have a direct impact on preserving those precious rights for everyone, especially those accused of crimes.

I specialize in criminal law and I keep my workload light so that I can give my clients the best representation. I believe that the government has grown far too powerful and the criminal justice system is one of the areas where the government really flexes that expansive power. Without strong defenders of the constitution in the criminal justice system, the government can steamroll any Defendant that enters it.

Don't walk your dog in the HOA
Good Lawyer. He did his job. I was accused of exposing myself, and was too emotional and murderous to handle it myself. He charged a reasonable fee, prevented me from folding to just get it over with, and got all charges dismissed. The "witness did not answer the phone" he informed me.
