Biography
I was born and raised in Corpus Christi, TX. I came back to my hometown, because this city is in need of dedicated defenders of constitutional principals and rights. I have that dedication and I have a passion for defending those accused of crimes.
I did not realize my passion until my final year of law school when i participated in the St. Mary's Criminal Justice Clinic. I was dumbfounded by how damaging poor representation could be in today's modern, harsh criminal justice system. Penalties and stakes are high, while resources for representation are low.
I've always been a defender of constitutional rights. St. Mary's Criminal Justice Clinic made me realized that criminal law was the place where I could have a direct impact on preserving those precious rights for everyone, especially those accused of crimes.
I promise to anyone considering my representation that I will take that passion for our Constitutional rights and apply it to your case. If you are accused of a crime and you don't know what to do, call my office.
I specialize in criminal law and I keep my workload light so that I can give my clients the best representation. I believe that the government has grown far too powerful and the criminal justice system is one of the areas where the government really flexes that expansive power. Without strong defenders of the constitution in the criminal justice system, the government can steamroll any Defendant that enters it.

Great Attorney
Even with consulting with this attorney, he gave so much more effort in helping me than a trial lawyer I used during an entire trial. If I had Mr. Hoelscher as my attorney during that trial, I most likely would have won the case. He is the Lion when that other attorney was a kitten.
