Daniel Michael Schafer

Daniel earned his law degree from Saint Mary’s University School of Law and a degree in Management & Ethics.

Daniel  started using his legal knowledge to help people while still in law school when he was granted a student license. He was licensed as a lawyer in Texas in 2005, the same year he graduated from law school.

Because of the financial issues many people have faced since the great recession starting in 2007 and the even bigger hit from COVID-19, Schafer Law Firm, P.C. now focuses primarly on consumer debt issues for credit cards, private student loans, repossessions and other types of consumer debt involved in a lawsuit.

This firm has successfully defended thousands of lawsuits and settled thousands more for their clients. Not every case is highly litigated but it helps to have an attorney who can handle cases from the most contested litigation case to the simple settlement.
